Built inside a working business first
Koovo grew out of Capital Trophy, an awards and engraving business in Salem, Oregon. Kari has owned it since 2018 and has run its orders, production and books on Odoo since 2025. Everything we bring to a client was worked out there first, on real orders and real money.

Pricing
The problem
Every quote started with a lookup: find the product on the vendor's website, get the current cost, work out the markup and other charges from the master price list, then type it all into the quote by hand. The pricing was too complex for the simple price fields most websites use, so there was no shortcut.
What we built
Price rules that work out every price from the product's cost, applied to whole groups of products in a set order and kept in sync with the master price list in Google Sheets.
How it works now
About 11,900 products are priced by rule, so when a cost changes, the price follows. Twenty-one products show a live quantity-pricing table, and nothing is typed in twice.
